The black reindeer silhouette is a direct representation of Ba, the steadfast companion who helps Gerda traverse the frozen landscapes.The delicate, branching trees evoke the dense and mystical northern forests that Gerda and Ba journey through. The stark black lines against the shimmering silver and gray background emphasize a cold, wintry atmosphere.
